Anger is a major factor in all of our lives; it affects how we react, how we interact and how we understand ourselves and those around us. Learning to see anger as a natural and valid feeling is the first step towards a greater awareness of how anger can be used safely. By learning how to control and use anger in different ways we can give you the skills you need to take control of your anger and improve the quality of your life. Come and join a small group now.
8 week small group Courses
Beating Anger 1: 8 WEEK EVENING PROGRAMME (20 hours).
Beating Anger 2: 8 WEEK DAY PROGRAMME (20 hours).
Beating Anger 3: 8 WEEK WEEKEND PROGRAMME (20 hours).
Venue: The Millennium Centre, Rainham, Kent. ME8 9BH.

Times: Available on request. A session runs 2.25 hours per week.

Groups: Usually for up to 8 participants. All participants need to attend a
one to one ‘assessment session before being invited to attend a group course.
Certificates of attendance are awarded for full participation on all courses.
